Ms. Cynthia

I have worked with the Ridgedale CDC for over 30 years, and have worked with children 6 weeks to 5 years. I am also the mentor for staff and truly love my job! I truly believe God led me to Ridgedale Baptist CDC and working here for over 30 years I have developed a passion, a love and a commitment not only to the childcare field but to the families as well as my coworkers.

My greatest reward is making those strong connections with our families that have a positive and lasting impact on their experience here as well as their children.
